We are looking for a driven, client-first professional to join our Product & Operations team as Junior Customer Success Officer. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across our SaaS products, owning the day-to-day support experience, making sure issues get resolved quickly, and making clients feel genuinely looked after. This is an ideal entry point into a growing technology company for someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Requirements

Fluency in Greek and English, written and verbal

Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, or similar

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client support across our SaaS products
Triage, document and resolve operational issues, escalating to the development or product team where needed
Keep a clear record of all open issues and ensure every client gets a timely, professional response
Own the full communication lifecycle with clients: acknowledgement, updates, and resolution
Support the Product Manager during new client onboarding, attending calls, helping set up accounts, and delivering basic product training
Keep onboarding guides, FAQs, and help documentation up to date
Assist the Product Manager in compiling monthly client health summaries
Maintain structured records of support volume, resolution times, and recurring issues
Act as the bridge between client feedback and internal teams, translating client experiences into clear, actionable information for product and development
Participate in sprint reviews and product planning sessions

We are looking for highly motivated QA Test Engineers to join our User Experience & Product Acceptance team to help us maintain the high level of quality and reliability of our digital products. You will be working alongside software developers on various web and mobile projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through manual testing, identify and report system issues in accordance with quality standards and business needs.

Requirements

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software
Familiarity in Agile ways of working
Well versed in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, WireMock
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Attentive to detail, methodical, diligent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact on a technical and non-technical level with stakeholders

You will be responsible for creating user-friendly content across digital channels, ensuring customers can easily understand and navigate Retail and Business Banking journeys. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining consistency of tone, and improving the overall digital experience across platforms.

Requirements

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, Digital Media, UX Writing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role within digital product teams
Experience writing for web and mobile in a structured, user-centred design environment
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, friendly, and actionable content
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and content strategy
Experience working with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Familiarity with content management systems and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Git-based workflows, Phrase)

Ensure language clarity and tone consistency across all digital customer journeys, aligned with brand tone of voice guidelines
Review and refine UI copy based on user testing results, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
Draft and maintain UX content standards, pattern libraries, and best practices
Participate in UX workshops, usability sessions, and requirements discussions to advocate for content-first design
Adapt copy for different customer segments and channels (Retail, Business Banking, and supporting platforms)
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to simplify regulatory content into user-friendly language without compromising accuracy
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all digital content
