Designed for a client in the public services sector, the project was built as a complete digital ecosystem that combines a powerful web application with a fully optimized mobile application, delivering a seamless experience across all devices. The postal and courier market often involves multiple providers, different delivery options, complex pricing structures, and varying delivery times — making it difficult for users to identify the most suitable service for their needs. The main goal of CyPostCompare was to eliminate this complexity by creating a centralized, transparent, and user-friendly platform where users can compare services quickly and make confident decisions. 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Through the platform, users can easily search for available delivery services, compare providers side by side, evaluate shipping costs, estimated delivery times, service types, and additional features — all within a clean and intuitive interface. Advanced filtering options allow users to refine results based on their priorities, whether they are looking for the fastest delivery, the most affordable option, or the best overall value. The project included the design and development of both the customer-facing applications and the provider management system. The responsive web application ensures accessibility from desktop and tablet devices, while the mobile application offers a smooth on-the-go experience for users who need quick access to comparison tools anytime and anywhere. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 In addition, a secure administrative and provider dashboard was developed, allowing service providers to manage their service listings, update pricing, delivery information, and maintain accurate real-time data. This backend infrastructure ensures the platform remains reliable, scalable, and efficient while supporting continuous updates and future growth. 𝐔𝐗/𝐔𝐈 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 Special attention was given to UX/UI design, focusing on simplicity, speed, and clarity. Since the platform handles data-heavy comparisons, the interface was carefully structured to reduce friction, improve usability, and guide users naturally through the comparison journey. The visual design prioritizes trust, accessibility, and modern digital standards.
